The first step in our registration process is to register all players (and volunteers) through Region 46's Sports Connect site. Sports Connect has replaced Blue Sombrero in name only.

Let's get started!

RETURNING PLAYERS TO REGION 46:

1. Please use the "Log in" button that is in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
2. Update your player’s information if necessary and continue.
3. Once you finish updating your player's information, it will show "program options available". Please select the division by gender/birth year.
4. Click on the eSign button on this page.
5. Click on the two buttons above the esign box then esign by typing in your name. The date will automatically be added once you esign.
6. Scroll down further to review and to submit signed players registration. All forms must be esigned to continue
7. You can add another participant (player) at this time.
8. We NEED Coaches! Next, for all of our retuning coaches, please sign up for spring under Volunteer Opportunities after you have registered your player (same portal). eSign the application. Print one copy of the application and bring to a registration night.
9. You will now see the Spring fees of $105. YOU SHOULD NOT PAY FOR NATIONAL FEES AGAIN IF YOUR CHILD PLAYED IN THE FALL. Credit card payment is the only acceptable payment option on the site.
10. Please go back into Players account info and print one copy of the player's registration form. At the bottom of the form click "My Account" and then "View/Print Form" next to your players name.
11. After you print out the copy, please sign above your esignature in Blue ink. Plus, please sign parent/player CDC Concussion form that is attached. The player registration forms should be 3 pages long.

PLAYERS NEW TO REGION 46 (including those from other regions that have not played in Spring):

While tedious, take your time and follow the screens. Since we have to do a completely new registration it will take some time. It's going to take a good 30 minutes....

Please make sure to fill in all the required fields. This information (including your cells and e-mail addresses) will feed the team website and allow for group texts through an app in the future.

Please use the "Register Now" button that is in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

1. After clicking the “register now” button, you will create a Parent User Account (add all fields - home address, phones, etc). Please list if you have a volunteer position. We need coaches!! If you are a returning AYSO volunteer, make sure your name appears exactly how it is in other regions so that your AYSO ID is linked to your volunteer application. Same applies for players.
2. On the bottom left of this screen click on the "Add Secondary Account holder" to add the second parent. This makes sure that the registration forms have both parents' info. The secondary parent should have different contact information (cell and/or email address) for emergency purposes. In addition, the Secondary account holder will be emailed an invitation to create their own log on. They will have access to the "family" account.

On the next screen, if you followed the steps above and registered yourself as Primary Account Holder, you do not need to change the top question - "Is the participant the same as the primary account holder?" This answer would be no and is already set to the grey no. The section below the question is ready for your players information.
   **NOTE: If coming from another region and played in Fall 2019, enter your child’s information EXACTLY as you did in your home region. Failure to do so will result in paying National fees again.
    
5. Once you finish entering your player's info, it will show "program options available". Please select the division by gender/birth year.
6. Input player's info that it asks for ~When Mailing address is asked for it must be typed in (even if the same as home address) or at least the zip code.

11. Next, for all of our Volunteers that already have a position, please sign up under Volunteer Opportunities (in the same portal) after you have registered your player. Again, make sure your name is entered exactly how it is in in your home region so the system can link your information. You will see your ayso ID # under your name if successfully entered and processed. You will need two references (address and phone number) to continue.
12. You will now see Spring fee of $105.00 added to the cart. IF new to AYSO all together or if your child did not play in the Fall 2019 season, you will also see AYSO National's fee of $20.00. Total fees: $125.00 Credit card payment is the only acceptable payment option on the site.
13. Please go back into your account info and print one copy of the player's registration form. At the bottom of the form click "My Account" and then "View/Print Form" next to your players name.
14. After you print out the copy, please sign above your esignature in Blue ink. Plus, please sign the parent/player CDC Concussion form that is attached. The player registration forms should be 3 pages long.
